Ljubitelji čemaža? Ne le, da je zelo dober, je tudi prava zakladnica vitaminov in antioksidantov. Bogat je z vitamini in minerali, ki podpirajo čiščenje telesa in nam krepijo imunski sistem. Vitamini B in železo, ki jih čemaž vsebuje, igrajo ključno vlogo pri delovanju našega metabolizma in prispevajo k zmanjšanju utrujenosti.
Zato je čemaževa juha ena od najbolj zdravih juh, ki nam jih nudi pomlad v bližnjih gozdovih.
Medtem čemažu odrežemo trše dele pecljev (lahko uporabite tudi samo liste, vendar je škoda čemaža) in ga na drobno nasekljamo. Dodamo v juho in kuhamo 3 minute, da se nam čemaž zmehča, nato spasiramo z paličnim mikserjem.
Dodamo sol, poper in muškatni orešček ter sladko smetano. Na koncu dodamo še malo limoninega soka, dobro premešamo in postrežemo!
