Losos in špinača v nežni parmezanovi omaki je vedno dobra kombinacija! Hkrati pa je to tudi super hitro kosilo za med tednom, ko nam primanjkuje časa, pa bi vseeno radi slastno obedovali.
4. Zalijemo z jušno osnovo in kuhamo slabih 5 minut. Medtem naribamo parmezan. Dodamo ga špinači in nato dodamo še sladko smetano. Solimo in popramo po okusu.
5. Nato v omako dodamo še lososa, pokrijemo s pokrovko, da se nam losos spet pogreje.
Postrežemo z rižem ali testeninami. Pa dober tek!
