Za vse ljubitelje gob je lisičkin ragu odlična ideja za slastno in enostavno pripravljeno kosilo. Okusna omaka z lisičkami se odlično poda k krompirjevim prilogam, polenti ali ajdovi kaši.
Seveda lahko k lisičkam dodamo še jurčke ali jih zamenjamo z drugimi sezonskimi gobami.
4. Dodamo sladko smetano in kuhamo na zmernem ognji še slabih 5 minut, da se nam omaka rahlo zgosti.
5. Dodamo nasekljan peteršilj in postrežemo.
Za prilogo priporočam pire krompir ali ajdovo kašo. Pa dober tek!
