V mrzlih zimskih dneh za kosilo velikokrat pripravim goste in hranljive juhe, ki nas ne le nasitijo ampak prav lepo toplo pobožajo s svojimi okusi. Mogoče se bo komu zdela čudna kombinacija leče s curryjem in kokosom, ampak zagotavljam vam, da je to ena najboljših gostih juh, ki je hkrati še enostavna za pripravo in kuhana v dobrih 25 minutah.
1.Čebulo, česen in krompir olupimo. Čebulo in česen razrežemo na drobne koščke in prepražimo na kokosovi maščobi. Ko nam čebula postekleni, dodamo na kockice narezan krompir in suho lečo, ter oboje na hitro podušimo.
2. Zalijemo z jušno osnovo in kuhamo, dokler se nam skuhata krompir in leča.
3.Po dobrih 15-20 minutah v juho dodamo 200 ml kokosovega mleka (gosti in tekoči del, če se nam loči), solimo, popramo in dodamo curry.
Dobro premešamo in postrežemo!
